The 66cm figure stands on a plinth and wears a cloak and cassock, adopting a saintly pose. The Polychrome displays trace colours of blue, red and black. The "practise of decorating sculpture and other objects in a range of hues" is known as Polychrome. This general term refers to various styles of ceramics or sculptures in multiple colours.
