About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a floating sideboard from the mid-20th century, designed by the German architect and designer Horst Brüning. The piece is a beautiful example of his minimalist and functional approach to furniture design, known for its clean lines and floating construction.
The sideboard features a wooden body with a matte black finish, creating a strong contrast with the two brushed aluminum sliding doors. This combination of materials is characteristic of the design aesthetic of that period. Behind the doors, you'll find practical storage space with shelves, ideal for organizing your belongings. The floating mounting gives a spacious and airy feel to any room.
The furniture is in good condition, with a character that matches its age. The finish is generally neat and the construction is solid. This sideboard is not only a functional storage unit but also a statement piece that fits perfectly into a modern, minimalist, or Mid-Century interior. It can serve as a TV cabinet in the living room or as stylish storage in a hallway or office.
