This beautiful table is made of wood, with a two tone teak veneer finish, square-shaped legs, and a 49.5 cm butterfly extension, allowing it to go from a round shape and unopened size of 116 cm, to a 165.5 cm oval shape, to comfortably seat between 4 and 6 people (or more.) To open and extend the table, simply unlock the 2 hooks under the the tabletop, slide open and slowly unfold the butterfly leaf extension, then gently guide each end towards the leaf, until firmly into position.
The table is in good, original and vintage condition, with some marks, signs of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time, on the legs, top; leaf, apron ( under framing) and edging. (Please refer to close-up photos where we have placed a 1 centime coin, for perspective.)
A few repair of veneer on the under framing/ apron near legs and one lower part ( see photos). A small mark of usage on the corner edging of the top ( see photo).
