Product description
Unique and particularly elegant Mid Century easy chair, model "Vorchten" comes from the first owner who has been extremely careful with it all these years, the armchair was completely restored by our workshop in early 2023 and brought it into better than new condition.
Purchased in the late 1950s, and after many years of being used to full satisfaction, the first owners chose to sell the chair at the end of 2022 with the aim of a sustainable reuse.
In our studio, the entire wooden and subcutaneous construction has been checked and brought back to new condition, our upholsterer then provided a truly beautiful than new upholstery in a beautiful red fabric.
The restoration has been carried out with great attention to detail and while retaining the authentic appearance, for example, a beautiful first-class fabric from the Keymer company with an authentic appearance was chosen, the footstool is also upholstered in the same color as well as the cushion with weight that can also be easily omitted if necessary. The choice is yours.
With its beautiful teak frame and its legs tapering far back in combination with the warm red upholstery, this type is a feast for the eyes. The seating comfort is excellent and very relaxed.
The footstool is also in new condition and can be adjusted to various angles for even more comfort.
The exact designer/manufacturer is currently unknown and still under study.
The furniture is in better than new condition and ready to be used again for many decades.
