Product description
Elegant antique Art Deco bedside table, entirely restored by hand, combining the warmth of solid walnut, the richness of its veneers, and the timeless elegance of a veined grey marble top.
Its architectural lines, vertical uprights, and stepped molded plinth give it a sober and refined silhouette, characteristic of furniture from the first half of the 20th century.
The front consists of an upper drawer, an open niche, and a lower cupboard with a molded panel. The decorative walnut grain and small square gilded metal handles emphasize its elegance.
This piece of furniture has undergone a complete restoration in our workshop:
• Wood treatment against wood-boring insects.
• Meticulous sanding of all interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair of imperfections and filling of old holes.
• Application of a waxed finish highlighting the natural nuances and grain of the walnut.
• Painting of the interior spaces in an elegant dark green, with a velvety matte finish.
The contrast between the warm-toned wood and the deep green of the storage areas brings a contemporary touch while preserving the authentic character of the furniture.
