A rare and beautifully preserved example of early Dutch modern lighting design by Dijkstra Lampen, one of the oldest and most respected lighting manufacturers in the Netherlands. Produced in the 1960s, this seldom-seen model features a sturdy metal base combined with a white acrylic shade, perfectly capturing the era’s transition from mid-century elegance to space age modernism.
The white acrylic shade diffuses light into a soft, warm glow, creating a calm and inviting ambience. Its clean geometric form contrasts beautifully with the metallic base, giving the lamp a refined architectural presence.
