About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a Scandinavian design Dining set, including an extendable table and six matching chairs, made of solid teak. The piece embodies mid-century aesthetics, standing out for the warmth of the wood grain and its clean, functional lines. Crafted in the 1970s, this set is entirely constructed from teak, valued for its durability and rich brown color. The table features an ingenious extension mechanism with two 46 cm modules each, discreetly stored under the main tabletop, allowing the table to extend up to 258 cm to accommodate ten diners. The six chairs feature a matching teak frame and seats upholstered in a light-colored fabric, complementing the wood tone. The set is in good overall condition, retaining its original finish and structure. The patina developed over time adds character to the piece, reflecting its history and careful use over the decades. It shows signs of wear from normal use. The chairs are structurally sound, and the table's extension mechanism works correctly. Thanks to its timeless design and adaptable functionality, this Dining set is a versatile addition to any interior. It integrates perfectly into Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian, or contemporary style decors, serving as an elegant and practical focal point for family gatherings or dinners.
