The Memphis Collection The First armchair, designed in 1983 by Michele de Lucchi, is a typical piece of the Memphis Milano collection. With its large arch of gray lacquered metal that forms the backrest and armrests, supported by two black wooden spheres, the First armchair is reminiscent of a planet and its satellites in orbit. The round seat in black lacquered wood gives a refined look and an impression of lightness to the whole.
