Product description
Bring a touch of Italian design history into your home with this beautiful vintage pendant lamp by Mazzega Murano. A characterful eye-catcher presumably from the 1970s, executed in a large hand-blown glass sphere with a striking amber-colored glass decoration that runs like an organic wave through the shade.
The combination of clear Murano glass, polished metal, and the warm wooden finish gives this lamp a timeless look that fits perfectly in both modern and vintage interiors. Even when switched off, it is a sculptural object, while when switched on, it spreads an atmospheric warm light and beautifully illuminates the amber-colored glass band.
The lamp is in good vintage condition with normal, light signs of wear appropriate for its age. The original fitting is present and the lamp works as shown. The glass sphere contains the characteristic air bubbles and artisanal details typical of handmade Murano glass.
A rare and decorative Italian design piece for lovers of mid-century and Space Age lighting.
Please note: the lamp comes with the original suspension tube, hanging chain, and electrical cord, but without a ceiling rose. The cord ends loose and needs to be connected or fitted with a suitable ceiling rose as desired.
