Alcor is a family of cabinets, sideboards, and consoles characterized by a rigorous aesthetic combined with precious wood surfaces, an expression of Maxalto's excellent craftsmanship. Available in various configurations, sizes, and heights, these pieces, with hinged doors, swing doors, drawers, and open compartments, feature an inlaid damier checkerboard pattern in various wood species and finishes. A further surface finish with chromatic variations in shellac makes them both unique and precious. This shellac, combined with the color scheme, evokes the Orient while simultaneously expressing superior craftsmanship. The entire series has a visually light structure with lacquered aluminum legs.
