Product description
A set of two vintage 'Isocele' side tables, designed by the French designer Max Sauze. This design is a characteristic example of his work from the 70s, known for its geometric structures and industrial material use.
The tables are made of white lacquered metal wire, which creates an open and airy cube shape. Each table is finished with a square glass top. The design is both functional and sculptural, with the smaller table fitting perfectly under the larger one. This set is a classic within the Space Age design period and reflects the fascination with structure and form from that era.
The set is in reasonable vintage condition, with a character that matches its age. The original lacquer and glass tops have been preserved, which contributes to the authenticity of the pieces.
These 'Isocele' tables are versatile, for example as a coffee table, a side table next to a sofa, or as bedside tables. They fit perfectly into an interior with a love for vintage design, Space Age, or a minimalist aesthetic.
