Product description
Offered: a beautiful, symmetrical pair of the iconic 'Swan' (also known as 'Arclumis') Candle holders. These postmodern design classics were designed in 1983 by the renowned British designer Matthew Hilton for SCP England.
This specific duo is extra unique and sought after because it consists of two examples of the large variant with a height of no less than 32 cm. In contrast to the more common asymmetrical sets (large and small), this pair of equal height makes a powerful, sculptural statement on a dresser or dining table.
The Candle holders are made of solid cast and polished aluminum. They are in neat vintage condition with an attractive patina that underlines the age and authenticity of the object. The bottom is provided with the original felt layer to protect your furniture.
