About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This sculptural candlestick, designed by renowned designer Matthew Hilton, embodies the essence of modernist design. The piece captivates with its flowing, interlocking silhouette, creating a dynamic yet balanced aesthetic.
Crafted from solid, silver-colored cast aluminum, the smooth surface subtly reflects light. The asymmetrical design accommodates two candles at different heights, lending the piece an architectural depth. The clean lines and organic forms clearly reflect the influences of Mid-Century Modern and contemporary modernism.
The candlestick is in excellent, well-maintained condition. The original surface finish is intact and displays an authentic, light patina that highlights the character of the solid material. Its structural integrity is fully intact, and the piece stands firmly on its oval base.
This design object integrates seamlessly into sophisticated interiors. Whether as a centerpiece on a minimalist dining table or as a sculptural accent on a sideboard, this chandelier elegantly complements both classic and modern interior design concepts.
This is a vintage item in very good condition with minimal signs of age-related wear.
