Price for lamp including shade and cordless light bulb
This unique accent lamp was upcycled from an original Marei vase dating back to the 1960s/70s. Marei – the majolica factory Reinbach (Jean Fuss & Sohn) – is one of the most renowned manufacturers of West German pottery and is known for its exceptional glazes and distinctive shapes.
The cloud-like glaze in cream, beige, and terracotta tones is particularly appealing on this piece. The surface is reminiscent of natural stone or weathered ceramic, giving the vase a serene, organic appearance. The slender amphora shape with its two handles further emphasizes its sculptural character.
The handcrafted lampshade is covered with high-quality French canvas. The large-scale leaf motif in warm brown, black, and natural tones creates a beautiful contrast to the vibrant glaze of the vase. When illuminated, it produces a pleasantly warm and inviting light.

Conversion to a Lamp
The vase was carefully converted into a lamp. No drilling was done, thus preserving the original condition of the ceramic and its collector's value. The conversion is completely reversible.
Technology – Wireless & Flexible:
The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb and is completely wireless. It charges via USB-C and provides up to 12 hours of light. The bulb can be purchased separately for approximately €12. The LED bulb is suitable for outdoor use. It can be dimmed using the included remote control, and several light colors are available. Thanks to its wireless operation, the lamp is particularly well-suited for locations without a direct power outlet, such as balconies, patios, or gardens.
