This writing or dining table was handcrafted as a unique piece by Kiel-based artist Marcus Meyer in 2015. Up to six people can be seated at this special table. The elegance and dynamism of the diving whale make it a work of art to be touched and enjoyed every day.
The flowing grain of the elm wood reflects the element of water.
About the artist: Marcus Meyer has been working as an artist and sculptor since 1993. During this time, he has participated in numerous art exhibitions and installations. As a visionary, he assembles a wooden blank from many individual pieces, from which he then sculpts the expressive form of the subject.
