This dolphin sculpture was created by Kiel-based artist Marcus Meyer in 2022. The striking grain of the African zebrawood makes the dolphin a compelling subject for an animal study. About the artist: Marcus Meyer has been working as an artist and sculptor since 1993. During this time, he has participated in numerous art exhibitions and installations. As a visionary, he assembles a wooden blank from many individual pieces, from which he then sculpts the expressive form of the subject.
