The Magnetique wall cabinet by Nils Holger Moormann is an innovative and flexible storage system. This design is characterized by its modular construction, in which the individual elements are attached to the steel back panel by means of magnetism, resulting in a dynamic and adaptable piece of furniture.
We enjoyed it for a while, but by now it fits less well into our increasingly cluttered interior.
The system consists of a dark steel backplate and three rectangular storage compartments made of plywood with a white finish. The compartments feature a magnetic surface on the back, allowing them to be placed on the steel plate in any desired composition. The combination of the raw steel and the sleek, light wood creates a strong visual contrast.
