Special Polish vintage wall hanging designed by Maria Domańska, titled Wesele (Wedding).
The colorful design depicts a traditional Polish wedding procession with horses, a carriage, and revelers. The characteristic stylized forms and warm colors make this wall hanging a striking example of Polish mid-century textile art.
The wall hanging dates from the second half of the the twentieth century and has retained its original product label, which states the designer, title, and dimensions.
