Product description
This Louis XVI style side table, dating from around 1900, embodies the classic elegance of French furniture. Its slender silhouette and refined proportions make it a statement piece, ideal for adding a touch of history to a contemporary interior. Crafted from mahogany, this table rests on four tapered legs typical of the period. The top is adorned with veined white marble, encircled by an openwork brass gallery that adds a sophisticated finish. A small drawer in the front, fitted with a brass knob, provides discreet storage, while a lower wooden shelf connects the legs, reinforcing the structure and offering additional display space. The table is in good overall condition, retaining a beautiful patina that testifies to its age and use over the decades. The structure is solid, and the original materials have been preserved, reflecting the craftsmanship of the era. This piece fits perfectly in a classic living room or boudoir, serving as an elegant stand for a table lamp, vase, or decorative objects. Its timeless appeal allows it to blend seamlessly with Parisian or classic style interiors.
