About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This item is a vintage Louis Vuitton hard-sided suitcase, crafted from the iconic Monogram canvas. The piece represents a classic example of the Maison's craftsmanship and timeless style, a symbol of luxury in the world of travel.
The structure is made of Monogram canvas with natural leather trim, corner reinforcements, and solid brass closures. The interior is lined with a cream-colored material and equipped with elastic straps to keep contents in place. The internal label bears the serial number 950559 and the historical addresses of the Paris and Nice boutiques, confirming the authenticity and provenance of the piece. The suitcase comes complete with its original key.
The general condition is good, consistent with the age of the item. The suitcase shows a patina developed over time, particularly on the leather trim and metal parts, which enriches its character and history. The structure remains solid and functional.
In addition to its function as a travel bag, this suitcase can serve as an elegant decorative element in an interior. It fits perfectly into classic, eclectic, or design contexts, adding a touch of sophistication to a walk-in closet, study, or living room.
