This pendant lamp, designed by Louis Kalff for Philips, is a characteristic example of the NG74 model in the large version. The design combines an organic shape with the functional aesthetic typical of the mid-twentieth century, making this piece a sought-after object for lovers of historical design. The lamp is made with a shade of white opaline glass, which provides a soft and diffuse light distribution. This is contrasted by a slender, tapered wooden neck in a dark shade, adding a warm and natural element to the whole. The combination of glass and wood reflects the material choice from the Mid-Century Modern period. The object is in good condition, appropriate for its age and previous use.
