Product description
This pendant lamp is a design by Louis Kalff for Philips, known as model NG74 in the small version. The fixture combines a distinctive design with materials typical of the mid-twentieth century. The lamp is made with a white opaline glass shade, which provides a soft and even light distribution. Above the glass shade is a conical wooden element, offering a warm contrast to the cool glass. The original wiring and fitting are present, consistent with the production period. The object is in good condition, appropriate for its age and previous use. The materials have retained their original character, contributing to the authentic appearance of the whole. This lighting object fits perfectly into an interior with vintage or Scandinavian influences. The design is well suited for placement above a dining table or in a reading nook, where it adds both functional light and an aesthetic accent.
