Born in Bayonne in 1955, Patrick Reault is a contemporary French artist whose career is as rich as his palette. Initially a musician and actor, he devoted himself fully to painting in Marseille in the early 1980s.
An admirer of Nicolas de Staël and William Turner, he works tirelessly on the interplay of light and the vibrancy of colors.
His landscapes are imbued with great serenity.
After selling his first works on the Old Port of Marseille, he has achieved international renown, exhibiting regularly in the United States, Japan, and major French galleries (notably the Bartoux Galleries).
