Hardcover bound volume of Lisette magazine, containing issues 40 to 53, from October 1st to December 31st, 1961. Fourteen complete issues, in its original red cloth binding. The first original issue cover visible inside the binding is from No. 46 (October 1st, 1961), featuring a vivid color western scene by Scarlett de Lake Mountain: a stagecoach racing through a canyon. Lisette, the major illustrated weekly magazine for young girls, was one of the most widely read magazines in France in the early 1960s. Comics, photo-novels, fashion, games, contests.
