This striking glass vase was designed by Gunnar Ander for the renowned Swedish glass factory Lindshammar in the 1960s. The design is distinguished by its sculptural, layered silhouette and the intense, saturated color typical of Scandinavian design from this period.
The object is crafted from high-quality glass, where a bright red outer layer contrasts beautifully with a white opaline interior. This layered glass technique creates exceptional depth and light reflection. The vase features a distinctive architectural shape with a wide base, a bulbous center, and a cylindrical neck. This design reflects the innovative approach to form and color that defined Swedish glass production in the mid-twentieth century.
