This Limburg spherical pendant lamp in smoked glass is a classic example of German lighting design from the mid-century era. Its distinctive spherical shape and characteristic glass make it a highly sought-after piece for vintage lighting enthusiasts. The lamp is made of mouth-blown smoked glass with fine air bubbles that create a unique light diffusion. The suspension and socket are crafted from chrome-plated metal. An original Limburg manufacturer's label is visible on the inside of the socket. The lamp is in very good condition, with an intact glass sphere and a gleaming chrome finish.
