Product description
High-End Hi-Tone H220i 2x20W Tube Amplifier [1964]
FULLY RECORDED IN 2022
A legendary amplifier from the prestigious French brand Hi-Tone, a competitor of high-end tube amp brands McIntosh, Fisher, Pioneer, and Marantz from the same period.
A different, breathtaking sound, a sonic journey, a true musical experience! My rather fickle and power-hungry speakers, usually driven by an Audio-Research SP9 preamp and a Mark Levinson 23.5 amp, have undergone a complete transformation...
Bias capacitors, power tubes, resistors, diode bridges, connectors, power transformer, power cord... EVERYTHING that needed replacing has been replaced with high-end components...
TECHNICAL DATA SHEET, INTERNAL DIAGRAM, COMPLETE LIST OF WORK CARRIED OUT, AND ALL PHOTOS AVAILABLE.
