"Le Lapin" whistling kettle. The design is based on the iconic whistling kettle design by Nikolai Carels, who won the Dutch Hema design competition in 1990. Included in the collection of Museum Boijmans van Beuningen (see image). The original Le Lapin selected for the exhibition 'Dutch More or Less'.
The whistling kettle is made of stainless steel with a wooden handle and a sandwich base with an innovative sealing mechanism.
Capacity 1.75 liters, diameter 18 cm, height 18 cm.
Signs of use on the handle. In excellent working condition.
