This is a set of two replicas of the iconic LC4 chaise longue, originally designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand. The chairs stand out due to their distinctive ergonomic design and striking cowhide upholstery, giving them a timeless yet bold appearance.
The loungers are crafted with a chrome-plated tubular frame resting on a matte black metal base, allowing the reclining angle to be adjusted steplessly. The upholstery consists of black and white cowhide, combined with a black leather neck cushion for added comfort. The materials and construction reflect the modernist design principles of the early twentieth century.
Both chairs are in good condition, consistent with previous use. The construction is fully functional and the upholstery has retained an authentic character, contributing to the vintage look of the set.
