Product description
✨ Unique Piece – Large Vintage Clown Wall Mask ✨
Ideal for quirky, retro, or cabinet of curiosities-inspired decor! I'm offering this large and magnificent glazed terracotta (art clay) clown mask, dating from the 1970s/1980s.
A superb handcrafted piece in relief with vibrant colors, featuring an orange and turquoise checkered collar, large expressive blue eyes, and a glossy red nose. The front has a high-gloss glaze that beautifully catches the light.
📐 Specifications:
- Material: Terracotta / Glazed chamotte clay
- Style: Vintage / Folk art / Studio pottery
- Dimensions: 36 cm x 23 cm
- Height (relief): 7 cm
🔍 Condition: The mask is in good overall vintage condition. The glaze is glossy. Note: a small, old chip is present on the right point of the checkered collar (visible in the close-up photos), revealing the terracotta underneath, which remains discreet once the mask is hung. The back is sound with its original hanging system.
