Product description
A monumental, handmade Tuareg mat from North Africa, crafted from narrow palm stems hand-tied with leather strips. The result is a powerful, linear surface with a subtle geometric rhythm.
The combination of natural reed and dark leather gives the piece a warm, architectural look. Refined patterns in earthy tones with subtle green and red-ochre accents are visible in the leather.
Over the years, the material has developed a beautiful patina. Slight ripples and color variations are inherent to the craftsmanship and enhance its character.
