Product description
This piece is a sculptural blown glass bowl, characteristic of the mid-century era. Its organic and dynamic form, evoking a starfish or an abstract flower, makes it a remarkable and expressive Decorative Object.
Crafted using the hand-blown glass technique, this bowl features a striking color gradient. The center, a luminous emerald green, gradually blends into a rich, deep amber on the stretched points. This chromatic transition, combined with the thickness and translucency of the glass, creates plays of light and reflections that bring the piece to life. The artisanal nature of its creation gives each curve a unique character.
The general condition of the bowl is good, testifying to its history while maintaining its structural and aesthetic integrity. The glass retains its brilliance and the clarity of its colors, embodying the craftsmanship of the master glassmakers of that period. It is a piece that has gracefully withstood the test of time.
Ideal as a centerpiece on a console, coffee table, or sideboard, this bowl fits perfectly into Mid-Century Modern, organic, or eclectic style interiors. It can be used as a catch-all or simply displayed as a work of art in its own right.
