Product description
Designed and produced by Murano Luce in the 1990s, this large-scale ceiling light reinterprets the Venetian glassmaking tradition through a clean and contemporary design language. Its generous hemispherical form transforms a functional lighting fixture into a sculptural presence, capable of defining a space even when switched off.
The Murano glass diffuser is articulated by deep radial ribs converging towards the central finial, creating a dynamic pattern inspired by the natural geometry of a shell. A delicate textured finish within the glass softly diffuses the light, while subtle golden reflections add warmth and depth without compromising the clarity of the material.
Fitted with three E27 bulb sockets, it provides broad and even illumination, making it particularly suitable for generously proportioned interiors. A refined example of Italian lighting design from the 1990s, combining Murano craftsmanship with a timeless and understated aesthetic.
