Hand-knotted Gabbeh wool rug made in India with a warm peach-orange, geometric and checkered border and animal motifs. One available. This oversized Indo-Gabbeh wool pile rug measures 310 × 258 cm (approx 10 ft 2 in by 8 ft 6 in) is traditionally hand-knotted with a 100% virgin wool pile over a 100% cotton foundation. The warm peach-orange interior portion has beautiful natural tonal variation in its dye. Small stylized tribal animal motifs punctuate the open center, surrounded by a richly detailed border of green checkerboard, black floral motifs, blue geometric accents and warm yellow tones, and fringed ends. An impressive statement area rug for a living room, bedroom, and dining room. Dimensions: Length: 310 cm / 10 ft 2 in Width: 258 cm / 8 ft 5.6 in Thickness: approximately 1 cm / 0.4 in Condition: Great pre-owned condition with no stains, tears or breaks.
