This large vase-pitcher dates from the 1950s, with a flared conical shape, a pedestal base, and a slender profile—an unusual modernist design for the Accolay (Yonne) factory.
Signature: "Accolay" impressed under the base.
Very good overall condition.
The exterior is mottled brown glaze, the interior is cream with fine grooves, and it features a side handle and a discreet spout.
Height: 25 cm
Neck diameter: 17 cm
Foot diameter: 9.5 cm.
(Note: a slight, almost invisible, original manufacturing irregularity on the neck; see photo).
