Product description
Large Vintage rosewood wooden jewelry box, jewelry storage box with 5 drawers and 2 doors, decorated with jade and brass hardware, ca mid 20th century, back marked Shanghai made in China.
Quality crafted, detailed and charming, inside several storage compartments, carved jade lotus flowers in the fronts and side panels and brass hammered hardware with ornate motifs at the corners, numbered at the bottom 117, the large drawer also has a hidden compartment.
The drawers are lined with brilliant red satin with a gold print of flowers and floral patterns.
In very good vintage condition, fully complete, no cracks, breaks or flaws, the piece bears a beautiful age patina, characterfully weathered over the years, check the photos for more details!
