Very rare, beautiful garden figure / garden pond figure in ceramic, from the 1950s - 1960s of the GDR "Frog" as a gargoyle (opening at mouth and tail; can be used as a gargoyle by inserting a garden hose) Manufacturer: Produktionsgenossenschaft "Keramik" Gschwenda in Thuringia; probably made according to the original model of the manufactory "Balzer & Bock" from Gräfenroda Material: clay Weight: 1647 grams Solid, high-quality workmanship. Hardly any traces of age and use; no damage - excellent, color-fresh condition!
