This mid-century French floor lamp by Louis Sognot balances organic texture with clean modernist structure. Crafted in France during the 1950-60s, it showcases Sognot’s signature use of natural materials through six vertical dark bamboo stems surrounding an inner cylindrical linen shade, secured by fine horizontal rattan bindings. When lit, it diffuses a warm, atmospheric ambient light while offering an architectural silhouette suitable for mid-century, organic modern, or Japandi interiors.
