Product description
An elegant JUMO table lamp, model 350 Grand Luxe, made in the 1960s. A modernist design with clean lines, it inherits the Art Deco aesthetic developed by JUMO from the 1930s onwards. An iconic and relatively rare model, particularly in these silver tones. A sought-after piece for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage French design.
This lamp captivates with its balanced proportions and the quality of its materials. It comprises a large, domed lampshade in polished silver-plated brass with an elegant and sculptural presence; a central diffuser in white opaline Perspex offering a soft, even, and glare-free light; a cylindrical stem in striated silver-plated metal enhanced with gold rings providing a refined contrast; and a circular brass base incorporating its original push-button switch. Ideal as an accent lamp, it will find its place naturally on a desk, console table, or bedside table.
Manufacturer/Designer: JUMO. Model: 350 Grand Luxe. 1960s/70s period. Polished brass and white opaline Perspex.
Dimensions: Total height 45 cm // Shade diameter 36 cm // Base diameter 18 cm // Column height 22 cm.
Very good vintage condition with slight signs of age and a natural patina on the brass.
Completely rewired. Original push-button switch, functional and true to the characteristic operation of vintage lighting. E14 LED bulb included.
