Product description
This table lamp, designed by Christian Dell in the 1950s or 1960s, is a characteristic example of functional Mid-Century Modern design. The design stands out due to the sleek, round shade and the minimalist, double fixture connecting the shade to the round base. The lamp works well with a switch.
Manufactured by Gebr. Kaiser & Co Leuchten KG Germany.
The lamp is made of metal and finished in a soft, light grey shade. The construction displays the industrial influences of that era, with a focus on usability and clean lines. The round shade provides a focused beam of light, ideal for reading or working purposes.
The object is in good condition commensurate with its age and use. The lamp shows light signs of use and a few small stains. The original finish has been preserved, contributing to the authentic character of this vintage piece.
This lamp looks excellent on a desk in a home office or as an atmospheric reading lamp on a side table. The design aligns seamlessly with both Scandinavian and industrial interior styles.
