Rare Japanese Gripo-Lite clamp lamp, 1960s
The lamp has a chromed/nickel-plated metal spring grip with a swivel head and a wine-red aluminum shade
These were among the first clamp lamps and the clamping was not yet perfect; later, rubber casings were added
Manufactured by Gripo-Lite, Japan, approx 1960
