About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
An armchair and ottoman from the Dutch design brand Label, designed by Gerard van den Berg. This is the Gustaf model, executed in rich, brown yak leather known for its durability and unique texture.
The set embodies the brand's philosophy: comfortable and characterful furniture with nonchalant elegance. The armchair is characterized by its inviting, open shape and the soft, supple folds in the leather upholstery. The seat rests on a slender, black metal swivel base that provides both stability and freedom of movement. The matching ottoman shares the same base and high-quality upholstery, creating a harmonious whole.
The overall condition of the set is good, with a patina that has developed over time and contributes to the character of the natural leather. The construction is solid, and the swivel function of the armchair works properly. The yak leather shows the characteristic grain and suppleness inherent to the material.
This combination of armchair and ottoman is a comfortable addition to a modern or design interior. The warm, brown color of the leather and the sleek base make it a versatile piece of furniture that fits well in a seating area, reading room, or next to a sofa.
