About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This sculptural artwork by Dutch artist Guido van Ophoven depicts a three-dimensional face executed in a striking green hue. The work is characterized by a layered, almost architectural structure of the face, giving it an intriguing and contemporary character. The object is crafted from ceramic and finished with a glossy glaze that accentuates the subtle color nuances in the green. The sculpture is mounted on a white background and presented in a clear plexiglass display case, which enhances the spatial effect. The work is clearly signed by the artist on the back. The artwork is in excellent condition, with the original finish and the integrity of the display case fully preserved. The careful presentation emphasizes the quality and craftsmanship of the object. This sculpture comes into its own particularly well in a modern or minimalist interior, where it can serve as a striking centerpiece. The sleek design of the display case makes it easy to integrate on a sideboard, wall shelf, or in an open cabinet.
