A beautiful, expressive and unique metal artwork by the renowned German artist Jörg Ridderbusch (1954). This is one of his characteristic, cheerful roosters. An absolute eye-catcher for the garden, on the terrace or as a statement piece in your interior. The history and story behind the artwork: The artist, originally a welder and metalworker, is known for his passion for recycling and transformation. This rooster is entirely handmade from horseshoes, sustainable scrap metal and industrial residual material. Ridderbusch travels to metal scrapyards to find objects that have had a previous life. The contrast between the robust, oxidized (rusty) iron base and the cheerful, bright colors of the bird itself is typical of his style.
