About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is an authentic dining table from the Pedestal collection, designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. This iconic design is famous for its mission to eliminate the 'clutter of legs' under tables and chairs, resulting in an elegant and sculptural silhouette.
This version has a diameter of 137 cm and is finished with a matte black Fenix laminate tabletop, known for its durability and soft texture. The trumpet base is made of cast aluminum with a glossy black Rilsan coating, which creates a beautiful contrast with the matte top. The table is an original KnollStudio product, as indicated by the marking on the base.
The table is in good, used condition and retains its structural integrity and modern appearance. The top of the tabletop is unscratched; the photo showing a scratch is of the underside of the top. Only normal signs of use are visible on the base (light scratches).
The timeless design seamlessly fits into various interior styles, from Mid-Century Modern to minimalist and contemporary. It is a versatile piece of furniture that can serve as both a dining table and a spacious conference table.
