About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
A set of two vintage table lamps, produced for Hema in the 1970s. These lamps are a striking example of the design from that period, characterized by the use of plastic and playful shapes. The iconic mushroom silhouette makes this duo instantly recognizable as a classic from the Space Age era.
The construction consists of a vibrant red plastic base with a white, dome-shaped shade that provides soft and diffuse light distribution. This design, typical of the seventies, combines functionality with a distinct aesthetic. The lamps are compact and therefore versatile in use.
This set is in good vintage condition, with a character appropriate for its age. The colors are still bright and the lamps are structurally intact, which testifies to the durability of the materials used at the time. They retain their authentic appearance.
Thanks to their timeless yet retro design, these lamps fit perfectly into various interior styles, from modern to eclectic. They are ideal as bedside lamps on a nightstand, as mood lighting on a dresser, or as a decorative accent in a living room or study.
