Product description
This daybed, model 6915, was designed by Horst Brüning for Kill International and embodies the clean lines of Mid-Century Modern design. The combination of precise lines and high-quality materials makes this piece of furniture a timeless classic in design history. The daybed rests on an elegant chrome-plated metal frame, providing stability and a floating appearance. The upholstery is covered in a blue fabric with a subtle, multicolored dot pattern. A cylindrical headrest complements the design and offers additional comfort. The construction reflects the craftsmanship and functional demands of its era. The daybed is in very good condition, with an intact structure and a well-maintained appearance. The original materials and workmanship attest to the longevity of this design. This daybed blends seamlessly into modern or Scandinavian-inspired interiors. It is ideal as an elegant piece of relaxation furniture in the living room, study, or a spacious reading nook. After periods in Copenhagen and Stockholm, he opened a design and architecture office in Stuttgart in 1963 and designed numerous pieces of furniture for Kill International.
