Product description
Swedish ceramic Lion Maxi (Lejon Gigant) designed by Lisa Larson in 1964. This largest model (height 38 cm!) was manufactured by K-Studion Gustavsberg, the studio Lisa Larson herself founded. The lion is part of the well-known Afrika-serie, and each piece has its own subtle variations in glaze and drawing, which gives these handmade sculptures their unique character. With their generous size and powerful, almost monumental appearance, they are a real eye-catcher in an interior. This piece is in very good condition without cracks or chips.
