I am selling this because we are closing part of our business. These chairs have been used for a number of business events. The Louis Ghost armchair was designed by Philippe Starck for the Kartell brand. The Italian label was founded in 1949 and in 1999 was the first design house to use polycarbonate for its products. After the La Marie chair, also conceived by Starck, the Louis Ghost armchair was the second Kartell chair to be made from this material. Since the seat was released in 2000, more than two million copies have been sold. The Louis Ghost armchair is a variant developed in 2002 and is made of recycled plastic. This is shaped in a mold by means of an injection molding process. The chair therefore consists of one piece. The polycarbonate used has an International Sustainability and Carbon Certification. A major advantage of polycarbonate is that it is highly resistant to scratches, bumps and weather influences. The seating furniture is therefore suitable for outdoor use. The Louis Ghost armchair owes its name to its transparent design, which is based on the eighteenth-century Louis XV chairs. It is 93 cm high, 55 cm deep and has a seat height of 47 cm. The chair is 54 cm wide at the front and 48 cm at the back. The armrests are at 67 cm. It is stackable and weighs 4.8 kg New price €360,-. No damage.
