Product description
This is an original lithograph by the Dutch artist Karel Appel, created in 1960. The work, titled 'Dans le Tempête', is a powerful example of his expressive CoBrA style, full of spontaneity and vibrant colors. This lithograph on paper is a limited edition, numbered 69 of 125. It is signed in pencil by the artist in the lower right and dated '60. The sheet measures 73 cm in width and 53 cm in height and shows a dynamic composition of black, blue, orange, and gold. The work is professionally framed in a narrow, gold-colored metal frame measuring 94 by 74 cm with a white passe-partout. The artwork is in very good condition, consistent with its age. The colors are still bright and the overall presentation is excellently maintained. Due to its historical significance and visual power, this lithograph is an asset to any interior.
